Havenly Park Villas

The kitchens are so cute. Morgan in the office is super friendly & helpful. I have referred 2 friends to live here in the past. The neighbors are really quiet and i love how this complex is single story buildings.

I’ve been here 1.5 years now. Only positive thing about this place is it’s quiet. Other than that, maintenance is a huge joke. I grew up in the rent business and the way this place is operated is a complete mess. Gutters, shutters dilapidated and water damage on the main door frame. Company owns this place out of Colorado so good luck expressing your concerns beyond management. The central unit I know for a Fact hasn’t been serviced in over 4 years. I could go on and on bout this place maintenance wise. I’m out of here by the end of 2025!!!

RUN RUN RUN DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Grandmother stayed there, problems start to finish. Money hungry to say the least. Maintenance is an absolute joke. I paid the early termination fee and everything, AND THEY STILL PUT A DEEOGITORY MARK ON MY CREDIT. FOR NO REASON!!! I PAID THE PEOPLE. The bathroom vent fell out of the ceiling and almost hit my grandmother when she was getting out of the shower.

I would never recommend living at Havenly Park Villas to anyone. My experience was awful from start to finish. I dealt with constant maintenance issues the entire time I lived there—especially with the A/C going out repeatedly in the middle of the Alabama summer. My apartment reached over 80 degrees for weeks during August and September. Every time the A/C was “repaired,” it would go out again within a couple of days. This continued for months, even into November. When I reported the issue again, I was told, “It’s not that hot right now—we’ll get to it when we do.” Completely unprofessional and dismissive. I also had a water heater leak into my ceiling, which caused water damage and left me without hot water for a week. I went a week without a working stove. Meanwhile, my elderly dog had

The C and D side of the 2004 Summit Parkway building constantly floods when there is heavy rain (due to the heavy buildup of puddles right outside the poorly landscaped apartment building) and AC goes out during the scorching heats of Summer and Spring. The floods cause permanent damage to the interior and damages some of the furniture/electrical items. Solutions are always delayed or cheaped out on. I'm sure it's due to lack of funds and/or human resources, but when the same problems arise over and over again, it proves difficult to give any leverage on the situation. Only positive thing about the place is the friendliness from customer service you receive on occasion.
