Pinnacle Ranch

Do not live here. They had roofs leaking and made all tenants pay, they have a cockroach infestation and are requiring all tennants to pay out of pocket for an exterminator whether or not their condo is infested. If pipes freeze they do not fix it. But they raise HOA fees about 50$ every six months. This is without a doubt the worst place to live. You will not get help. You will not get support. And the buildings are crumbling. Run far far away.

The community and people great and accepting. The HOA though... I'd send them to a special place -.- How bout you use our money to restore the community rather than line your pockets. There were so many trees when I moved in and there has been NO effort in replacing them. But you have the funds to send out voyeurs.

The HOA here sucks because our neighbors are making our life a living hell with the neighbors telling us and the hoa parked too close when my husband had to climb into hiscar from the passenger door to get into the car to begin with.

The HOA left this on my sister’s door… why do we pay them to treat us like this?
