Pinnacle North Apartments

Unfortunately my experience living at Pinnacle North was not as good as I would have liked it to be. The apartment complex is visually appealing from the outside and inside, however this comes at the cost of very poor building materials and poor sound insulation. I struggled with noise from above. I could hear everything. I attached videos to this review so you can hear for yourself and see if this is an ideal living space for you. If you want to live here and you’re a working professional that values the importance of getting adequate rest and/or enjoying peace at home, I suggest you rent only in the upper most units. If you attempt to transfer to another unit in the building, management unreasonably requires a half month’s rent as a transfer fee. This was really the largest issue I had

I loved living here so much in 2022-23 that I decided to move back in 2025. The best apartment living I have ever had and right across from the lake! What's not to love, and great office/property management too that has been super helpful and was a big part of the reason I moved home! Thanks Pinnacle North Team and Korie, you guys are amazing!

We moved in May of 2021 and now that it has been over 6 months I can confirm this is an awesome place to live! Beautiful apartments, nice community, clean space, and great leasing/office staff. Maintenance is quick to respond and very friendly. Tara and Maggie in the leasing office are awesome!! Common spaces are frequently cleaned and we have no problems with noise or neighbors. Our dogs love it because we are right across from the park. Very worth the price!

I moved in a week ago and although I'm not entirely unpacked I already feel at home. Management was great in helping me with the details of moving in. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Inside parking for my car is wonderful. My apartment is very clean, quiet and beautiful. The 5th star is missing because there are some things I'm still figuring out.

We just want to comment on the tremendous amount of accomodating actions the staff at Pinnacle North has put into action for us. Every problem we have encountered that wasn't necessarily their fault was corrected for us in a timely matter. Allie has been a wonderful problem solver and is very professional, gets things done quickly, and follows up on all. The rest of the staff, Jim, Betty Jo, Nick, are always willing to listen and help. I'm sure there are others who have been there to see things through that we don't know about! Thank you to all for making this a place we plan on staying in for a long time. Might I add that we have lived in many apartments and ALL have problems of some sort. But many DO NOT have staff so conscientious and a positive attitude in helping their tenants to fix
