Pinnacle Highland Apartments

I've lived at pinnacle highland for about three years, and overall I've been very happy here! Pros: Management and maintenance are great. Our water heater went out late on a Sunday and they came and replaced it that same night. Most issues are fixed very quickly through the online portal, and when the AC unit outside our house went out and started loudly humming every 3 minutes, I called the office and they made sure to send somebody out the same day. Closets are roomy, bedrooms in the two-bed apartments are fairly spacious. There's not a lot of sound transfer from within the apartment, but I could occasionally hear our upstairs neighbors. I have had a very positive experience moving to Pinnacle Highland. The staff is friendly and very responsive and I was able to sign the lease quickly. My apartment was clean and ready to go and the move-in was seamless. So far it is a clean, quiet place to live. I’m glad I chose to make this my place my home.

There has been a lot of research and patience required in choosing a new apartment in the SLC valley. Post touring well over 30 complex's now and Pinnacle is easily coming out on top. The grounds are beautiful and the apartment homes themselves are very tasteful and warm-not overly modern which I personally love. The 3rd floor units specifically have vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light, and a more enclosed balcony which is a huge perk in my book. I think this just might be home!

The self guided tour was quick and painless. The front desk was clear and quick on providing cost details and available units. I appreciated that they knew the specifics of each unit and whether it had a fireplace, a view, etc. During the application process they were quick to keep us updated and to respond to any questions. Looking forward to moving to this community.
