Pinnacle Highbury

We toured this apartment on Saturday and Rio gave us an awesome tour! He was honest, straightforward, and made sure we understood all the fees, details, as well as the best highlights of the community. We can’t move until July due to our current lease, but because of our experience with him and how informed and comfortable we feel, this apartment is our top contender. It’s also truly a beautiful place in a nice, wide-open, and clean area of West Valley. Thank you Rio!

1-Star Review: Do NOT Move Here I’ve lived in this complex for several years, and I’m writing this to warn anyone considering moving here: DON'T. The issues have only gotten worse over time, and tenants are treated more like ATM machines than actual residents. Towing Predators: They clearly have some sort of arrangement with the towing company, because tow trucks sweep through the lots daily. My car and family members cars have been towed twice, including once while parked in my own driveway with the parking permit visible in the window. It feels like a setup to squeeze money from residents. Random Charges on Rent: Do not put your rent on autopay. You have to check your account every single month. They routinely add random fees and charges that you’re forced to dispute, and even when th

Upscale and very spacious apartments. Just moved here and love the setup and location. I toured the apartment, instantly applied, and Rio got me approved within hours. He was very helpful all the way through the process. Glad to be here!

Rio, gave us an excellent customer service. His kindness and willingness to help us finish our application is 💯 I hope he stays the same on our entire stay at pinnacle. I can see he is very approachable and makes his way to help you with your concern. :) the whole place looks nice quiet and clean.

I lived here at Pinnacle Highbury. For about 2 and a 1/2 years the property manager Kayla, is very nice person not once ever had any issues with her. A very understandable person if you had any. Maintenance issues, kayla what's on top of it would put the orders in and by time you know it, the maintenance were already there. Pinnacle highbury it's around a lot of stores and also schools.
