The property when driving up for your tour is absolutely stunning. However; behind the scenes while living there it was a nightmare for the most part. I lived in a lower unit and had 9 renters above me. Many large dogs and children running day and night. One family had 4 adults and 2 small children which is totally against code and they did nothing for 6 months. Then 2 large dogs on 3 occasions kept me awake many nights as there is NO subfloor protection. Just Plywood. With the new plastic flooring a pin would drop and you could feel a vibration and it was an instantaneous wake up call. One tenant threw water in the bathroom floor to clean and it ran into my guest bathroom ceiling. Creating a huge mess and drywall repair patching that didn’t match. When the back pool wasn't green i

I have traveled a lot with my profession and unfortunately I’m typically not in a town for more than a year but Monica has been such a blessing, I proudly can say that her and her staff has had such an impact on me, that I now call Tucson home. The whole staff is absolutely amazing and that comes from leadership. The amenities at this property are amazing. The value is Great but I can not emphasize enough how much Monica and her team make this community feel like a home and not a typical property. I would give a million stars. I’ve been a resident here for a little over 3 years now and it has not been pleasant. Let’s start with all the extra charges on top of rent. They charge you twice for trash one for someone to come grab it from your front door and dump it for you and one for the dumpsters on site, and the problem is that half the time no one ever shows up to take the trash out. You have to pay for Amazon lockers regardless if you use them or not. You can pay for your own internet but you have to pay them for their internet services also even if you have internet already. The biggest concern is paying for the “clean property” when it’s hardly clean, the the majority of the maintenance team is just pitiful, they have ONE great and knowledgeable tech - Zack who is always a pleasure and always does a great job,

Always great service with pinnacle heights apartments. I had an issue with my air conditioning, And they quickly came out that same day and repair it , also took care of another issue that I had with a light Switch. The young Maintenance man, Is always courteous and very efficient at what what he does. Happy Tenant. Highly recommend pinnacle heights, apartments. Look at these beautiful views.

The apartments are incredible. Those who manage the property are professional, welcoming, and never hesitate to go out of their way to help others. From the location to the amenities, I have nothing but positive things to say about Pinnacle Heights and the folks who oversee it. Thank you for a great experience.
