Juanita the property manager was very friendly and knowledgeable in answering all my questions and extremely helpful guiding me through the rental application process. The units are clean and well maintained. The community is quiet and very secure. I love the peaceful atmosphere and the location is close to freeway access and shopping centers. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment!

I resided in Pinewood Apartments for approximately three years. Initially, I had reservations about the neighborhood, but when I first visited and/or walked through the apartments with the property manager, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the units. During my tenure there, I never encountered any significant issues. Whenever I required assistance, I found it easy to place a work order through the apartments portal, and these requests were usually promptly addressed. Parking was assigned to each apartment, and the patrol was always helpful if I needed anything. While there was limited visitor parking available, it was sufficient. From getting a tour and the whole entire move in process was amazing, Jose was the one that helped my boyfriend and I and he was super helpful and informative. What sold us was how clean and newly renovated the units were. The community is also quiet and clean. We had a couple maintenance done since we moved In and it was done quickly. I recommend giving pine woods a chance besides the bad reviews that were left!

Juanita & Jose helped with the process and this has been the best experience I’ve had in finding a place to live. Thank you to the office staff members in the office! Everyone is friendly and the communication was fast. I enjoy living here. The unit was perfect and they were so welcoming. I love how secure it is and the fact that we have a lot nearby!
