Pines45

Pines45 is a beautiful place and community to choose in Gaylord. The maintenance staff and leasing office are prompt and always have good attitudes. It truly is a safe space to reside and has wonderful amenities.

DO NOT MOVE OR LIVE IN PINES45! Most people in Gaylord aren’t dumb enough to- but this is my nightmare story. These photos are just the tip of the iceberg- and these were at MOVE IN. I eventually stopped recording and taking pictures of all of our broken stuff because we were told by Beech Tree Investments that it wasn’t their fault and it was “wear and tear from tenants” even though we were the first people to move in as it was just built when we did. EDIT: on top of everything else, mail carriers do not care about things getting to the proper mailboxes or even in the right buildings. People regularly don’t get their mail and it just stays missing. they allow people who live there to harass other tenants, and they make you DNA swab test your dog so they can charge you $300 if they’re sick

If your questioning yourself like I was here’s an honest review from a guy that don’t give reviews. I’m an outdoorsman, fisherman, hunter hiker camper, blue collar, hard-working, single father of my daughter I’m over protective of. With all of that being said one could imagine my rational fears and thoughts coming here. This place has done surpassed all of my hopes and fears. Super quiet!!! Friendly neighbors, very clean and modern! The pool, playground, and all the other extras are just a bonus looking back now. If your not good with all the online sign up bs like I am go in and ask to do it in person! Management is unbelievably helpful!!! Quit overthinking

My experience here at the Pines45 has been very good! The staff are extremely helpful in every way! They are a group of very hard workers who have the renters best interest in mind! They are quick to respond and always friendly and genuine! I enjoy the social events that they organize for us in the Community Room. My one bedroom apartment is perfect for me!

It’s a shame to have to write this, because the apartments and complex are beautiful….but rules and regulations which are spelled out for everyone are not uniformly enforced. Noise complaints do not get a response, and with the rent we pay for such a beautiful community, residents should be able to expect timely response to complaints of neighbors being loud and not abiding by the quiet hours rules between 10 pm and 5 am. Rent is high here, and these are our homes - we shouldn’t have to report loud and careless neighbors more than once!
