She then uses her knowledge to facilitate a thorough and effective home search. Her negotiating skills are excellent, with the result that we paid a very fair and reasonable price for our home. She is invested, enthusiastic and supportive .. It is clear that she truly enjoys what she does and that she really wanted us to find the home that was just right for us. She did just that. One more comment: our price range was fairly modest. Even so, I do not believe that we could have had a better home

Tisa acted as a buyer's agent for our purchase of a FSBO home. She showed us multiple properties that helped us eventually decide on our final selection. Then she worked with the seller to make sure that things went smoothly. Tells it like it is and very knowledgeable on the area and the market.
