Brian Goebel represented people who sold us a home with no title. He knew about it but helped them cover it up. DO NOT trust these people. I tried to contact him by phone and in person but he hid from me. You have to understand all these companies, including the title company and the lawyers in the Gaylord area are all in cahoots with each other so please take my advice and stay far away. PLEASE! Now as you can see by their response what liars they are. They did not follow procedure by hiding the fact that there was no title to the home on the property we purchased. And no they did not make sure both sides were represented properly which is why I have filed a complaint with the state and with the National Board of Realtors.
