Pines at Glen Laurel Apartments

Awsome place to live! It was my first apartment. The area was really nice. The office workers were super kind and extremely helpful. The maintenance team are AMAZING!! Anything that needed to be fixed , pest control, and etc. The maintenance team got anything fixed within 24 hours. They are also great on communication.

Living at this apartment has been a great experience, and I have to give special credit to the assistant manager, Jennifer Willard. She is truly amazing! Jennifer is always professional, patient, and willing to help with anything I need. She makes every process easy and stress-free, whether it’s paperwork, maintenance requests, or general questions.It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the residents the way she does. I really appreciate her support and the positive attitude she brings every day. Thank you, Jennifer, for making my experience here so much better!

Living here has been amazing. Move in was quick and painless. Jennifer made everything so easy. They are so attentive to their tenants and their needs. It’s great! Jennifer has been so efficient. I told her I needed a new apartment on Monday and she made it available for today. I love the homes here, it’s clean and spacious. Thank you Jenifer for your warm personality. I’d choose here every time to live. They also have treats for their residents.m throughout the year. I feel included.

I have to say I am very happy to be here at The Reserve at Glen Laurel . The maintenance staff with Helmut in charge and his two wonderful workers Frank & Juan are so polite and helpful and very professional and are always willing to help. Thank you!!! Jennifer in management, has made my husband’s and I experience truly pleasant and a happy place to live. She is always willing to help and is kind and sweet.
