If I could give zero stars I would!!! They took over this time last year, all they did was paint the outside, they remodel vacant apartments in 2 weeks! They'd make non Hispanic ppl pay deposits, but let their ppl move in with just a passport! Infested with roaches! Ignore maintenance requests. And wouldn't address noise complaints.
Very friendly office manager and she's very nice and caring for the people living in the complete...

Este lugar tiene un precio elevado la renta estaba en 910 y subieron 600 de un segundo. No ofrece nada ellos creen que están en una ciudad de playa. 1585 y 1485 los precios de los apartamentos no ofrecen piscina y tampoco loundry pq el loundry también es pagando con tu propio dinero. Muy alto costo de renta y nada que ofrecer su excusa es que renovaron unos apartamentos de construcción vieja. No se puede pagar tanto dinero por nada que ofrecer. Los gabinetes están cayendo en pedazos este lugar es viejo solo pintaron fuera. Las neveras y enseres ya pasaron de época.
