Pinedale Apartments

I enjoy staying here. Friendly neighbors that look out for one another, nice leasing manager and great location in Beaumont. I have no complaints regarding the maintenance or management staff! I’ve realized that if you are a respectful, clean, and responsible tenant you won’t have much of any problems.

I’ve been living here with my son for a few months now it’s our first apartment on our own and personally I love it I think pinedale apartments are great for first time apartments I have a one bedroom and it’s perfect for my son and I we have enough space for all our stuff! Management is great, always answers the phone and is always getting back to me as soon as she’s able to when I have an issue with anything she’s also very sweet and genuine! Maintenance guy is also super great if I need something fixed or anything he’s on it the same exact day within the hour and the problem is resolved! Quiet friendly neighbors! I have nothin bad at all to say about these apartments!

Noone ever answers the phone. They let certain people stay. That's the most annoying especially the false advertisement of business hours on phone. They lost a good customer due to non existence and lack of help. Came off rude and unprofessional. This complex needs better management. I hope they read this and make some changes. Times are hard these days. Prayers for the leasing staff as they are ghosts and no help. How can you decline an app and not talk to the person after the person left millions of voicemail and called every business hour......pitiful.

Something like nosey people always ... Monitoring the complex...washers and dryers broke most of the time...I enjoy music but never really blast it...but because the sub....very small sub by the way...has gotten me evicted...very little tolerance here...ok for you to tolerate but no to be tolerated....land Lord rarely seen on premises but she has her yard dog available!!!!
