Pinecone Apartments

If it’s possible to give this place a 0, I would. I was super excited to move into this place with my roommate but soon after moving in, the apartment was NOT what we wanted. The room they show you looks completely different than the one we got and just the quality over all wasn’t what was expected. Then the entire time living there we had issues with WASPS. Yes wasps. We brought up the issue multiple times and nothing was done about it. Management always is incredibly rude, besides Logan. Lastly, when we moved out, we completely cleaned out that apartment. Honestly, it was in better condition than when we moved in, and I thought maybe we would get our deposit back but NO. They actually took the deposit and then on top of it, charged us almost $500 (mostly in PAINT charges). No one charges

Pros: Clean and well maintained grounds and apartments with modern appliances, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, abundant storage, and great insulation from noise. The grounds are well-lit and I feel safe here. There are hike and bike trails that extend from the property, a 24 hour fitness center, a hot tub, and a pool. Cons: A 14” toilet bowl that feels tiny even for a 5’ 2” 125 lb woman (child sized toilets are 12” tall). Preventative maintenance visits are announced not scheduled (but it’s great to know the fire alarm is working and my A/C filter is clean). There aren’t assigned parking spots so it’s first come first serve at a massive complex and I often park in the boonies. There are garages available for rent though.

Jacob Hoffman, one of the maintenance employees for Pinecone is very friendly and a hard worker. I appreciate that he is congenial and polite. Just one of the perks of living at Pinecone.

During our two-year residence at Pinecone Apartments, we encountered several significant issues that adversely affected our experience. Firstly, we found the property manager, Gianna Andersen, to be unprofessional and discourteous, which contributed to a highly uncomfortable living situation. We also observed practices that raised concerns about the integrity of the property management. Specifically, there were instances where residents were offered monetary incentives or gift cards in exchange for positive reviews, which undermines the authenticity of the feedback. Additionally, the upkeep of the grounds was consistently poor. Problems such as icy sidewalks and overflowing garbage were frequently encountered. My family and I moved here from NC and we were instantly welcomed by the staff. The quiet community was a perfect transition to CO. The monthly events make the community feel more tight knight. We love our apartment with it located steps away from a park and two trails it’s a perfect location to keep the dogs and small children entertained and outdoors. Overall we love it here. The fast response from maintenance. The large balcony! There just is no complaint from us!
