Pine Ridge Place

Unlike other complexes, the maintenance and manager were immediately responsive. They answered my questions in a timely manner. They were so hospitable, thoughtful, and thorough. I highly recommend them and Pune Ridge. More for your money.

I will start off with the good. The maintenance guy is amazing, very responsive and always willing to help. The house is nice as they are a newer build. Now the bad, they tell you are not aloud to park on the road or block the sidewalk and only provide like 5 additional parking spots by the mailboxes which are always taken up. They say the will tow your car, but the property manager Katie will pick and choose which car she will tow. I have seen her have a specific vehicle towed because it’s blocking the sidewalk walk but the 4 other vehicles at the surrounding houses that are blocking the sidewalk or parked on the road were not touched. Katie is also not responsive to emails or voicemails and when she does respond she is very unclear on what to do. She has an attitude every time you talk

Where to begin? The maintenance man, Justin, is amazing and quite honestly does not get the recognition he deserves for all the work he does. Second, the office management. TERRIBLE. Katie never answers emails, or the phone and never follows up on issues. She is extremely unprofessional as she called to “confront” us on a review that she ASSUMED to be us. You’re required to have renters insurance here (which is fine) but when given the proof multiple times of the policy, she pushes us on to do her job for her and have us upload it to corporate ourselves. Many of the residents here have the same feelings about this “management”. It’s beyond disappointing when we pay almost $2,500 a month to live here. I can’t say enough great things about Pine Ridge Place Apartments! The community is always clean, quiet, and well maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the property manager, Katie. She goes above and beyond for residents — always friendly, professional, and quick to handle any request or concern. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who live here and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and personable as Katie, and she’s a big reason why Pine Ridge Place feels more like a home than just an apartment complex. Highly recommend!

This is our 3rd year at Pine Ridge Place and it has been nothing but great. Very responsive staff and maintenance is top tier. Halloween is a biggy for our family and we had doubts that a rental community would yield many houses participating, but every year has had a wonderful turn out of houses participating and trick or treaters at our house as well! They also do a community pet of the month which has been fun as well.
