Parkside at Fairview Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The leasing office is 30 MINS AWAY. (NO ONSITE MAINTENANCE) They kicked over 10 tenants out bc they receive housing assistance!!! MOLD, TRASH FEE AND THE TRASH OVERFLOWS EVERY WEEK! PROGRESSIVE PROPERTY IS THE WORST!!

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT LIVE HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !! They do not have ceiling fans or a fitness center or a pool nor do they have washer & dryer hookup inside the apartment. The thermostat is very old probably from the 1980s. The walls are extremely thin you can hear your neighbors doing everything under the sun. They’ll go inside your apartment without notice my front door had an opening on it like someone was trying to break in I could see inside my apartment from the outside I told the manager about it nothing was done about it at all also they will put an eviction notice on your door for being a day late on your rent & it stays on your background even after paying your late fee …Took maintenance over a week to fix a water leak inside my apartment. NOT WORTH IT ITS CHEAP FOR A

I have lived out here going on a year. The apartments are spacious and they have been re-done on the inside from when it was woodlot. Management is professional and easy to contact. It is also a low traffic. They also aren't overpriced like many of the other apartments in the area. Its walking distance to local parks and main street in fountain inn.

Worst place I have ever dealt with, the girl Vika can’t do math or paperwork, denied me for not making enough and I clearly do, then I applied again because I got promoted and make more money so they then denied me for having to leave a apartment due to it being unfit place for my son. I don’t understand , and she kept blaming it all on her boss.

I have been calling during office hours to speak with someone for 2 weeks now and the voice-mail is always full. I'm a previous tenant under the old name Woodlot and I would like to speak with someone regarding a certain issue.
