Pine Ridge Bremerton Apartments

I lived in these apartments for 5 years (2019-2025). Over the course of my time there I saw the management and the tenants change. Personally, I thought it was a decent place to live. Because it is one of the few cheaper apartment complexes in the area, it has a mix of people coming in, from military families and college students to older people on fixed incomes and young families. The management is forthright enough with how they collect rent and charge fees, and the maintenance team of Andy and Ken do a decent job in keeping things in good shape. It is also an older building/complex so there are drawbacks with regards room designs and parking spaces. But I thought it was a good enough place and never saw a roach during my time there. I moved into a spacious two bedroom, two bath apartment in September! I absolutely love living here! Starting with the tour, application process and move in, Debbie and Donna, the office staff were great to work with! The apartment complex is so quiet! The extra large balconies are amazing! I have created a little oasis on my balcony! I love sitting out there reading and having a glass of wine! The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and professional! It is so convenient having an elevator and I feel super safe living here! Pine Ridge Apartments exceeds my expectations!

I lived here for around 2 years and recently left. These apartments kind of suck and I have never met a previous tenant who didn't share the same sentiment. Their maintenance team half the time says they fix an issue they never even knock on the door for. You can't receive or obtain packages without the office being open which is mostly during all work day hours for the average person. The noise management is abysmal from 4am cars revving to children screaming and kicking walls until 11pm, absolutely no help from management or nonexistent security that stopped patrolling 4 months after moving in. The management team is very ill prepared, poorly managed, closed more than they're open, and they either lie right to your face or they change their answer after the fact without a care or even a

I've been here for over 2 years now. The complex has changed (positively) in that time between apartment upgrades, building renovations, and parking lot renovations. It has some more work needing done but you can tell that management cares about the look and feel of the complex. Management is courteous and not intrusive. Only coming into apartments as needed. Debbie is amazingly sweet and accommodating. It is relatively quiet. We had a pretty disruptive neighbor in the past but they have since moved out. Walls are thick enough that you very rarely hear neighbors regardless if they are next to you, above you or beneath you. Very giving community. I LOVED it here! My husband and I lived there for three years and the staff was amazing, the management was great, and the maintenance guys were always friendly. The units were updated, clean, and spacious in comparison to other apartments we looked at. Sarah was the property manager at the time and she was wonderful to work with. The staff always gave my dog treats and it was overall a wonderful place to live. When we moved out, we got an electric bill for the new tenants in our unit. Pine ridge paid it off for us even though we had been out for two months. Amazing people, I recommend them.
