Pine Ridge Apartments

They don't tow cars, so every time a car without a permit parks next to mine, I seem to get damage to my car, even though they have signs that allow for immediate towing. They wont fix the appearance of their buildings, but they dictate what I can put on my patio for "curbside appeal" down to rocking chairs, which are chairs that were created for patios and gardens. If I have outdoor paint on them, what makes them non-outdoor furniture? Also, they have dangerous stairs, railings and balconies, but we get menial charges for our blinds and other repairs that are hidden in our lease? A lease that tries to supercede laws in sone places? You cant have us sign sonething that will make washington law invalid. Dont get me started on how they treat disabilities. They aren't all bad, but there is so

Very sweet people and the people we past by were sweet and nice. Lovely place and people. They answered the phones when called aswell. Hope I could live there. 🙏

I would overall not recommend living here; it feels like they are just trying to get your money and don't really care for you as an individual. For example, if you have a pet the pet fee is ridiculous. I was also charged a $25 "trash concierge fee" for leaving my trash out that I had set outside (at midnight) overnight. So if you choose to live here, read your lease carefully because chances are they are trying to get as much money out of you as possible. They also filter out any reviews that aren't 5 stars on their website which is honestly pretty sneaky and misleading. There are definitely better places for you in Pullman.

The apartments are very nice, good amount of space for number of bedrooms. The bathroom is a good size too. The kitchen could use more drawers, but overall is very good. It would also be nice if there could be a path from Upper Pine Ridge down to Lower Pine Ridge, to make bus stops more accessible. Overall, happy with my place.

I've lived at Upper Pine since May and it's been an amazing experience. The views from my apartment are so beautiful, you can see for miles! There's plenty of natural light, the community is quiet, and our apartment is so cozy. We've had no issues with neighbors and management has been friendly and very responsive. They have been nothing but accommodating and helped us pick the perfect unit that would suit all of our needs. DABCO has been a wonderful company to rent from. We love this community and will be staying for the foreseeable future!
