Pine Point Apartments

We have truly enjoyed our time in the Pine Point community, and Jennifer is an exceptional apartment manager. We particularly appreciate her thoughtfulness in remembering birthdays, offering condolences for my dog's passing, ensuring a respectful environment among residents, and addressing all maintenance tickets promptly. You made our time here very pleasant.

I’ve been living at Pine Point since 2021, it was my first ever apartment and I am so glad that I’ve been calling this place home for 3 years now. None of my family live in the area and the property manager, Jennifer, and the maintenance man, Manuel, have always gone above and beyond for me and have made me feel incredibly safe and cared for. Manuel is always timely with repairs, and always ready to talk. He has gotten to know my animals over the years, and has taken care of some the craziest repairs for me without ever hesitating, including one time coming to kill a nasty wasp nest forming on my patio. My patio was also flooding a lot when it rained due to how the storm drain fell and even if I woke up to an extremely filthy patio, only a few hours later, it would be completely clean and

I've been living here for a few months and enjoy it so far and can see myself being a long term tenant. The grounds are kept up and the apartments while a bit dated are in good repair. The office manager Jennifer is super sweet and accommodating. I've had one issue with my air conditioner and it was fixed very quickly. My neighbors seem to keep to themselves for the most part and it's pretty quiet around here. I will say though that it'd be nice to have more insulation between up and downstairs units because I hear almost every footstep they take up there. The complex is located minutes from downtown Bastrop and everything you could need. The quick walk to the State Park is a nice perk as well.

Looking for a place to move? Pine Point Apartments is the place. Jennifer Bradshaw is the apartment manager there and she's great! Very nice. helpful, and professional. Not the newest apartments in town but they are reasonable and the apartment manager definitely made my decision easy.

I want to start off by saying how great this apartment complex is. They are the BEST in bastrop. They understand our values and understand the struggle of living as well. We’ve been here 3 years now and have had nothing but positive vibes.
