The quality and craftsmanship on perry homes is by far top notch. Customer service is truly excellent. They are currently working on our home in the new colony subdivision in bastrop. The attention to detail and making sure our every need has been met is such a breath of fresh air. This is our third home to buy but our first to build. They always make sure the home is presentable and don’t leave any trash or hazardous materials around. The contract managers are professional and Courteous. They truly live by their mission statement of enhancing the beauty and sustainability of our local parks and communities. I truly can not wait to live in this community and perry home.

The model home is definitely impressive compared to others. Attention to detail and just overall build quality is visibly apparent when entering the home. The sales and construction staff were personable and more than helpful when answering my questions by making note of things I had never thought to ask about. Awesome walk through experience and loved the neighborhood!
