Chicago Title Bastrop

The ladies were rude and refused to let me park where there were no signs. There were no signs where I parked. The only sign on that row was up close to the building. When I was walking to my destination, I saw a man finally put a sign out and walk back in. I only left because they threatened to tow my vehicle from a place where there was nothing posted. That sign was not there when I parked and that was the sign that this random man put out when I was walking back. Maybe they should put permanent signs up instead of what ever they did to me.

I've sat in as the lender on my closings and been impressed with Wendy's professionalism and customer service. She even does what she calls "Concierge Closings" which means she will travel the great State of Texas to come to you for closing.

Bastrop is known for its family oriented atmosphere and Southern charm with lots of wonderful history. Chicago Title is one of the businesses that compliments our Historic Bastrop charm and mission to be excellent. Upon my experience I was surprisingly treated very unprofessionally by Stephanie, someone who is new to this Chicago Title family. Stephanie was not polite or thorough in her communication and responded in a way toward us that made my husband and I think that she just doesn’t like her job. We were turned off and sadly we will not return or refer to family & friends.

Best people to work with! Wendy and Lisa will go out if their way for your closing to happen smoothly and timely. They are also very friendly and the closing office is so welcoming!
