Pine Oaks Apartments

I am so happy with this community, especially the management staff! They are incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful, handling all of my requests quickly and efficiently. The grounds are always kept clean, and maintenance is always on top of things with a positive attitude and a smile. I am going on my 6th year at Pine and I can’t imagine my family anywhere else.

Nice and quiet place to live. Pine Oaks Apartments is well-maintained, has friendly staff, and offers a comfortable living environment. The location is convenient and the community feels safe and peaceful.

The maintenance and management responsiveness at Pine Oaks is extremely poor. I have been a resident for 15 months, and a major service request detailing necessary repairs submitted eight months ago remains completely unaddressed. More urgently, 1-2 weeks ago I reported suspected mold in my closet and was promised immediate attention. As of today, the issue has not been inspected or remediated. Attempts to contact the office by phone have been unsuccessful, and the resident portal has been inaccessible. The lack of action on an eight-month-old list of repairs and the delay on a health hazard like mold is unacceptable and violates basic standards of habitability. Immediate response is demanded. I had a wonderful experience at this apartment community thanks to Yara, she was very respectful, kind, and acted professional. She took the time to personally welcome me and even introduced me to several members of the staff, all of whom were just as warm and courteous. I believe the young man was Samuel, if I remember correctly, he had the grounds looking great! It's clear that the team here values creating a friendly and professional atmosphere. The office management do not care about the residents. I've been waiting for my maintenance requests to be fixed for weeks with no update or communication as to why they're not coming. Last time maintenance was here they left my entire restroom covered in plaster and didn't finish the job. When I sent an email to the owners of the property I was only contacted by the Pine Oaks office who gave me a forced apology and asked that I not contact their upper management and keep these complaints in house with them only. Sounds like they don't want their poor customer service to be reported to their own overseers.
