Pine Meadows Apartments

Pine Meadows is an excellent start up place of living, very affordable, quiet & safe. I was a former tenant of 6 yrs, 4 yrs in a studio & 2 yrs in 2br. I moved out cos I bought a house if not I probably would still be there. The managements at the time I was there were really nice & always there for any questions. The maintenance guys were able to fix anything in timely manner & the ground keeper did an awesome job on keeping the ground nice & clean. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than one car. The only thing that I would update is the color of the building, it's so outdated. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to start new.

For the price, the apartments are actually decent. Landscaping and maintenance were great. The problem with this complex are the people, at least in my building. A whole family lived in two of the apartments in my building; one across the hall and the other above me. They would scream in the hall, run up and down the stairs, and fist fight in the parking lot. The little gang-banger-wannabe teenagers would play hip-hop in the hallway, sit in the small stairwell, or the front steps and leave their trash everywhere.. The community is quiet, but I never really felt safe because of these teenagers and the fact that the "controlled entry doors" were either broken or the people in my building would stick change in them so they wouldn't lock. If possible, get rid of bad tenants as they are

Love it great community to live very Quiet people have to understand it's always the one that gonna keep up some noise but all an all it's a place to live. Office Managers and Maintenance staff are the best.

Horrible customer service. The lady was playing Nintendo switch and looking at me like I was bothering her. Don’t hire people if they don’t have the decency to at fake it to be nice.

Absolutely love this community!!! Family friendly...the office staff, maintenance, and manager are amazing. I would recommend anyone to rent here.
