Kendra is phenomenal at what she does and she deserves 100 percent with a continuous zeros to follow. She spent 3 hours helping me in so many areas and her work is far appreciated. Please give her a raise.

Kendra took time to help me change my address and get information regarding my SSI and Pension so that I could make sure I got the benefits and discounts needed for my car plates. She was so very very helpful and is just wonderful with all she does. I appreciate her and all she has helped me with.

I have been a tenant at Park Tower for 10 years and have experienced a few administrators who have all done their job, but I have to say that the current administrator, Tracy has gone over and above to try to accommodate my needs and other tenants needs that I know of. She’s always courteous, very informed and speedy in her results of my request. The maintenance gal Judith has always been Such a dedicated employee and helpful and kind to all the tenants knowing their names and always a ray of sunshine when you see her in the hall. For the amount of tenants here at this building and the traffic in and out I believe our building is always neat, clean and comfortable.
