I have had the pleasure of working with Caire Inspection Group of Joliet with two different houses. When our mom passed away, my brothers and I were faced with fixing up and selling in a tight timeline. Nick and Taylor came highly recommended through a family friend. We were not disappointed in the least. So, when the time came to investigate possible issues with my own house (radon, foundation, plumbing), and consider some improvements, it was a no-brainer of who to call. Again, we were very satisfied with the well-rounded knowledge, professionalism, and integrity of the brothers. They were always happy to explain their approach and even explained things to watch out for on a project that I was doing un-connected to their own.

Not only were these inspectors the most affordable of all the inspectors we called, but they were very thorough as well! They caught a lot of things we would never have noticed while putting our mind at ease on some of the issues we were worried about.
