Pine Haven Apartments

Pine Haven Apartments is a great place to live, the apartment complex itself is pretty nice and kept up, it has this small town country fell to it, no problems, everyone keeps to themselves and respects each other’s privacy. The property manager Mr. Dustin is super nice, understanding, and professional guy. He get things done and he’s right on top of things if things goes south. He always picks up his phone when you call and if he doesn’t he always makes sure to call you back. I’ve lived here for about 6 months now and I’ve never been happier. If something happens Dustin will make sure that it get fixed either that day or at least by the end of the week. What’s more he makes sure that it get fixed the right way. I recently moved into my new apartment, and while there were a few minor issues initially, the outstanding attention and service provided by Dustin made all the difference. Dustin is incredibly responsive and always goes the extra mile to assist with any concerns or requests. The location of the apartment is wonderfully peaceful. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my new apartment, thanks in large part to Dustin's exceptional support.

Although, the apartments are not 5 star or no real amenities. The property manager ,Dustin, does a terrific job of updating residents of problems/issues. He also takes care of any issues as quickly as possible even if it needs replaced. Great job Dustin and keep it up, I appreciate greatly your commitment to the residents happiness.

After a day of apartment searching, I was most impressed by Dustin’s kindness and professionalism. The community looked very well kept and after speaking with a resident, I was informed that ever since Dustin became manager, the community has really started improving. Thank you Dustin for taking the time and giving me an unforgettable tour!

I have been currently staying here for 3 months and have been pleased with my time, Dustin has been an absolute pleasure working with when a problem arises, he is always ready and available when needed! I am very happy with my stay!
