Pine Brook Place Apartments

I’m fully convinced that all the 5 star reviews for this apartment complex are fake reviews. First photo attached is a mice trap in laundry room. I would stay far away from this place for people that are looking for an apartment. There is a mice,rat and cockroach infestation for multiple buildings in this complex. I’ve never been sick a day in my life besides when I moved here I was so sick with 2 major illnesses. There was a show apartment in the building and 24/7 they kept the lights on in that unit due to the bad cockroach and mouse/rat infestation there is. The people that live here have to pay to live in these horrible conditions. If 1 person in the building has rats, cockroaches or mice then the rest of the units have it. It’s just common sense. Even if you live clean like I did you

Did a great job replacing and fixing the light but the water pressure in the kitchen is lower than the one in the bathroom now the shower is fine. I took videos. I will show you tomorrow

My fiance and i lived here for 3 years,moved because rent went up. We never had problems with pests but the unit next to us when they moved out had a dead mouse. The maintenance were nice and always fixed what was needed fixing. But i wouldn't recommend renting here again.

Overall Maintenance works very well with everyone in the community they are very friendly Unfortunately my building suffers from a roach problem and it seems to still be present 2 years Later. I’ve had my apartment treated with chemicals about 4 times maybe more already for the roaches but I see roaches on what once was the weekly and NOW the daily. The building did a whole mandatory roach treatment in August 2025. But has gotten worse since then. It’s very strange that the property management is well aware on who has the roaches but DO NOTHING about it. I walk down the hall to see my neighbors door filled with roaches in the crevices creeping and crawling. I luckily am very clean so I don’t have an infestation but it’s annoying being a clean tenant and seeing roaches on the DAILY in my ap
