Pima Canyon

Ive been living here for almost a year now, with nothing but amazing things to say about this complex! Management is always on top of requests, activities, and firm about community rules. The landscape is so pretty here. Clean and beautiful well taken care of. Maintenance is always on top of things whenever a repair request is needed, such hard working workers here!! The amenities such as the pool, gym, clubhouse etc. is always in clean and in usable conditions🤩 Thank you Olivia & Rose for giving us such a amazing experience here at this complex and Olivia for being such a wonderful property manager.

Dirty foamy hot tub and covered in dog poop everything i visit friends. Don't reply to me sassy, Olivia, i really do not care. The property is gross. The hot tub is always full of random children who don't live here. I think they are Olivia's friends or something. Residents can't even use the amenities because of all the crowds of people who don't live here having parties. Dog poop everywhere. The property has a stench. Garbage overflowing. Olivia has a bad attitude in general and especially about the residents having friends over. The gym is gross and barely usable. Amenities barely belong to the guests. Olivia makes sure to eat plenty of the free foods and takes up so much space at events to the point residents barely get to use it. I've seen homeless people wandering around the proper

It can be hard moving somewhere new and wondering if you’re going to enjoy living there. Obviously, you want the cheapest rent possible, but that often comes with the longest lease. I remember touring Pima Canyon with Rose and being really impressed by how clean the property was and how friendly she was. It was the first place I toured when moving to Tucson for work. I looked at six other nearby apartments after, and none of them lived up to the impression—or expectations—that Pima Canyon left with me. I’ve lived here for over a year now and have truly enjoyed my time. I’ve never dealt with pests, leaks, or plumbing issues, and I’ve always felt safe. I really appreciate the gated entry that locks at night and adds an extra layer of security. I’ve used the pool about a dozen times. As so

Living here for 2.5 years was absolutely wonderful. I never had a single issue. The units are clean, modern, and spacious. The community itself is beautiful and quiet with really lovely amenities. The location is safe as well as convenient. I loved being so close to so many things. Rose in the office truly makes this place feel like home. She’s always warm, welcoming, and such a pleasure to talk to. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly by two of the nicest guys, which made everything stress free. I was genuinely sad to end my lease here, and I’d come back in a heartbeat if I ever needed to rent in Tucson again.

Living in this community has been a 10/10 experience! The staff is incredible. It is extremely clean and the pool, jacuzzi, and gym are always in great shape - I have never seen mold, trash, or bugs anywhere. It is a great environment that you will love. I could imagine having a better place to live for school. You will not regret renting here!
