These people are total scam artists. They say you need a guarantor(cosigner) no matter how old you are and even if you pay out your lease completely. That's bogus and fake. Run in the other direction from these tree nutjobs. I will be leaving LSUS because of there nonsense I suggest anyone else with at least half a brain to do the same. College is a boarding school, this "college" want board you and claims they have no control over THEIR OWN STUDENT HOUSING. SUSPICIOUS! FALSE ADVERTISING. Incredible place, very clean and put together. Even better management. All around great experience with this place

Nice place to stay. Staffs are always helpful. Top security. regular events and food is really fun for students. 100% recommend it.
