Pilot View I Apartments

I applied for an apartment October of 2024 for my two kids and I, they didn’t have anything so I rented a different apartment in the meantime and was put on a waitlist, In September of 2025 the manager FINALLY says one was becoming available and I felt relief because I’m in school and not able to work and it’s been extremely tasking to afford regular rent with 2 kids and be able to work enough while going to school full time. She told me they had some remodeling to do so it’d be “probably October” well that didn’t happen so she said “probably November” and this went on until January of this year. Fast forward to now she says it’s ready to move into and I need to come put in a whole other application and submit new paystubs which was fine but at this point I’m literally homeless. Then she c

I have been a tenant for five years now and can say without a doubt I love living here. Me and my fiance both love our landlord Kim Tilley. She has really improved the living conditions above and beyond expectations. Before her we had two other landlords who seemed to not care about the tenants or the complex at all. Even health hazards were occurring under their management and they were aware of them and didn't do anything about it. With Kim she takes care of all accommodations. I'm happy to say me and my fiance will be living here for a long time. If you are thinking about living here it is a great community.

I moved here in Feb 2019. Since living here it has been home to me like no other home. Tenants are pleasent and nice. Staff and maitence have gone out of there way to make sure of our saftey and clean well kept environment...kim Tilley treats residents like family and Heath is a great guy. Always making sure things are taken care of. I couldn't be more happier and in a safe place than where I am now. Pilot view 1 Is the place to be!!

Went to my friend apartment there black mold in her bathroom a place u can see though her door where a snake could craw through there a hole beside her refrigerator .some thing need to be done. The health department could close this place down. If I don't see some improvement after the 4 .I'm doing a big report. I have many pictures of the Black mold ,hole , mold outside. Letter number 1 last one . Do you part. These are handicap fokes. Don't take there money and make them kive in places where they can get sicker. Thank you miss diane.

Just moved in and I'm absolutely happy with my place. Its kept up well inside and out.🙂 Also the manager Lori is a sweet and very helpful lady! I cant express how happy I am!!!! Thanks for all your time Lori..your my angel!!!😇
