Conrad Corners Apartments

I have been on the waiting list. I have called a few times in past 8 months Boone seems to return calls. She seems very nice. I am looking for a place and need to at least know where we stand that’s all.

Units are very nice and spacious, the grounds are lovely!!.. it's a small community and the only thing missing is a community pool.. very happy here!!

This is a very nice apt building and community to live in. I'm living here with a friend to help her . The management and maintenance here do a Vantastic job maintaining the property . The apts here if they were in the City of Winston Salem would be $ 15,000 or higher a month . These apts range between $ 400 to about $ 700 a month.

The rent has increased a $100.00 a month @ $840 for 2 bedrooms to 940 for 3 bedrooms

Apartments are great, nicely furnished appliances and carpet. Maintenance dept. Is ok but a little improvement, sure would be nice.
