I have been waiting for Marwan Shahin to return my phone calls / emails since February 25, 2019. My daughter's vehicle was damaged due to the neglect by this developer. Several neighbors in this Chantilly community have complained to the HOA (Cardinal) about them but Pillars Development refuses to acknowledge the complaints. It has been extremely frustrating trying to work with a company that won't even communicate back. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
