How can you earn 3 times the rent in monthly income and have no evictions on your rental history and STILL get denied..I'll tell you apparently, they require a new applicant to HAVE past Rental history, so I guess they don't want a resident, the would rather see serval past Rental agreements instead of giving someone a chance! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! the odor of discrimination is foul (Pilkenton construction) AMY is how you spell it..
Even if you have REALLY good income coming in make sure that you have GREAT rental history or they will DENY you.BUT if you have a section 8 voucher they dont care WHAT anything looks like on your behalf ! #THEYDISCRIMINATE! Dont go here !
They are an racist company I have called about the same property twice yet they keep saying none vacant but yet you have an "For Rent" sign up I asked why out of curiosity she stated good "advertising" I say "false advertising" or you just don't want an black person as an resident the loctation is Milner apartmenthome may GOD bless you
