Our entire experience with Phil and Pierce homes was outstanding. I would highly recommend buying a home from them. Everything was explained clearly and their were no unexpected surprises. Hands down this is the most cost effective way if your looking at having a brand new home.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Please, what ever you do, do not work with this company. They will promise anything to get the sale, tell you what ever you want to hear, and then fail to make good on anything. I was told on one occasion by the general Manager of Pierce homes that "I should have known that a promise/statement (made by Pierce) was unreasonable." and that "I should have checked the contract to make sure the statement, made by the Pierce salesperson, was in line with the contract." Very poor customer service, shoddy workmanship, and repeated misleading information. Do not trust anything they say. Their contractors are unprofessional, rude and incompetent. We didnt purchase a home through these folks. We were passing through from across country when our radiator started pouring out. These people had the most amazing personalities. They were kind and sweet to my children and made us very welcome. While we waited for a tow truck,to come get out van and camper. These people where amazing and full of love. There kindness will never be forgotten

Pierce is the worst company to work with, especially their branch out of Billings. They have the worst customer service and they do not hold true to their 1 year warranty. If you ever want/need anything fixed in your new home, good luck. I have been heckling they for a year now to fix 3 things in my house. They have come on three different occasions and yet the same three issues are never resolved. They tell you that you will receive a call from the tech who will be fixing the issues, you don't. Also, they expect you to take off work to sit and wait for the tech to finish, I was not informed of this until recently. Usually, it is required that 2 weeks notice be given when time needs to be taken off, good luck. They don't tell you when they are coming until the day of or before. I have noth
