The very worst place I've ever lived. The maintenance had deteriorated after putting Jamie in charge. She stole delivered packages, left a closet containing everyone's keys open to all, dropped 60 cigarette butts out of her window and is a compulsive liar. She doesn't show prospective renters the basement/storage areas, or where laundry is. I even had to tell a new tenant where the dumpsters are. My apt wasn't repainted, and there was a horrible odor from the refrigerator. It took weeks to have it replaced. My carpeting was worn, with cleaning ineffective. I was asked to contribute to the cost of replacing it! Seriously? You wanted ME to help pay for YOUR maintenance? The management company is 60 miles away, and completely out of touch with renters who have a limited income. Stay far, far

If you’re looking for an apartment that you will feel beyond unsafe in this is the place to go within my first week of living here I had my storage unit broken into because my apartment manager failed to do her duties of keeping the basement doors shut the following month another tenant had stolen all the paintings in the hallways so Jamie bragged to me and my wife that she’s gonna go through peoples apartments well they’re gone to see if they had the pictures months go by no problems then our car gets hit by the tenant next to us Jamie is friends with this tenant so she insisted I was the one who hit it even tho we caught it on camera we had to put up 5 cameras In our apartment In order to just feel safe sleeping at night Jamie also is notorious for accusing people with no actual evidence

Cheapest in town, very quiet building and an extremely nice manager. I highly recommend when one comes available.
