Lakeview Terrace Apartments

Been here for way longer than I should be. Best part about this place is the view of the lake if you’re part of the lucky half. Nothing is ever fixed. There’s squatters in the lobby. I’ve personally had my property stollen by management, saying it was trash while there was trash all around they left behind. Apartments are always loud. I can here normal conversations happening through the walls and floor. Washers and dryers sometimes work. Every spring my ceiling in the bathroom caves in. I haven’t had a bathroom fan sense last spring because of this. Apartments is smelly when I moved in, dirty too. Cleaning lady walked right on while I was moving in the first week. After this review I’ll probably get another random water check with a 12 hour notice.

The front door is broken, not secure anymore. It swings open and closed with the wind constantly. The lobby is dim, and smells of urine. There are many stains on the floor and stairs. Lighting is in need of repair. Mailbox area is a mess and the units are numbered horribly. For the high cost of rent at this location compared to others nearby, it should be in much better condition. The gravel driveway is very messed up, and needs to be fixed. Way too many potholes to speak of.

The area is nice. To live here not recommended anymore. There is no courtesy for neighbors. Too many kids hanging out in lobby and basements. Landlord is not effective in handling this. Buildings are old outdated and falling apart.

Moving in wasn't a good experience whatsoever. Will be moving once the lease is up. Loud, very very dirty, disorganized, just not worth it, considering the rent is so expensive.

Not that good of a apartment complex. They have no parking signs in their parking lot for no reason.
