Brass Works Apartments

My husband and I went on a tour recently. The unit we saw was beautiful, spacious, and an open concept. We love that the large windows bring in lots of sunlight. Management is professional, and extremely kind. We're excited and hopeful!

Best places to live in Delavan the manager great .. maintenance guy is awesome if you dont like it here its because your doing somthing illegal with zero regards for the children in the building ..do better as a human ..

I just wish they had emoji on here so I could laugh at every negative comment. This place is the best it's a community of loving people that look out for each other.. let me just say if you were asked to leave, there is good reason for it and no not because of the color of your skin. it's because you were doing something wrong .. the manager and maintenance guy are amazing and the apartments are beautiful .

I can never get in touch with anyone here. I try to call and email but nobody ever answers me, I am a little disappointed.

The building itself has been a very comfortable place to live. The management (Marilyn) is very down to Earth and easy to talk to. She made my moving in process easy, and had the nicest little welcoming committee to make me feel right at home. The neighbors are kind and are great resources for anything you need. It's a secured building with a call intercom right to your cell phone, so convenient! If you're not in the first floor, there is an elevator (so no stairs)! The appliances are all brand new since their recent opening. The high ceilings are extra nice for the storage and closet areas. I've gotten nothing but compliments on how beautiful my home is from my friends and family. It's been great living here 😊
