Phoenix Property Management

I had a difficult experience with Phoenix. Our Board of Directors hired them to handle a fire that occurred in my unit. Lynne McCarron was unprofessional and had no idea what she was doing. She also was unreliable. She was directly responsible for several delays in the project. If Phoenix is managing your property, you should make it clear to the Board of Directors that they should never be used to manage a restoration after a fire to a unit.

Worst property management company ever. High turnover rates in inexperienced property managers who had no guidance from the superior Lynn. They didn't follow state/federal bylaws for our meetings and never kept record of our condos updated bylaws. Maintenance requests made were ignored for over 9 months. We had nothing getting done anymore which is when we finally made the switch away from them, the best decision we ever made! They make lots of promises that they never kept. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

This property management company is a joke. Also at their East Granby location. Our common area floods every time it rains and nothing productive has been done to fix the problem. Also the people he has working for him don't have half a brain, they clean our gutters with a leaf blower and it goes all over our back patio. They have no regard for anyone out here.

No Company is perfect but compared to the last two that have managed our complex, this company is good. Most of the times that I have called, they either pick up or get back to you in a timely fashion.

Very rude and unprofessional principal; Lynne McCarron; hangs up on you! I did not even wanted to click a star; that is how bad!!!
