Worst customer service experience, the staff and receptionist are rude and condescending for new people trying to apply to live here.

Management is the worst! All they do is take money from poor people and send out notices that say you didn’t pay rent. They also do not fix anything unless it’s inspection time then they fault you! They hate animals and do nothing when the neighborhood kids are harassing people. They will kick you out for nothing! Let me say this loud as possible DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you have other options please use them. This is supposed to be a good and loving community but the people who own this place care nothing for the tenants.

Nice apartment, but this place is the picture of corporate nonsense. Couldn’t get an email answered when I had problems, they repeatedly found ways to try to charge me extra fees and 25% of my rent were charges that were dubiously explained to me before signing. I’d recommend somewhere else.

Security needs to be doing there job if not then they should not have no laundry key. Always trying to take someone words because of the other person saying. Office doesn't do anything just want to kick people out but there be real gun at night no one say anything about that

Used to love it here. Now We can’t seem to keep managers and clerks in the office. Very few maintenance workers on site. Trash areas is always nasty. Kids always fighting. People speeding down the streets. Nobody stops at the stop signs. Roofs are falling apart. Our ovens went out. They had the nerve to REPAINT the buildings, but won’t fix anything. Laundry room, either locked or machines don’t work. I’m over it. Been here 5 years.
