As a resident of Chestnut Place in Natick Center for almost 20 yrs and a trustee for more than 10 yrs, the property has never looked better or been more professionally managed since Pheonix took over 5 yrs ago. Adam Polletta and his team greatly lessened the burden of being a trustee by allowing unit owners to request even minor repairs to their units or common areas without involvement by a trustee. The resulting repairs were prompt, high quality, and performed by Pheonix's in house maintenance staff whenever possible at very reasonable rates or top notch vendors recommended by Pheonix.
