Phil & Lee's Homes

Working with Phil the owner and Carrie Bartel-Petrin, Sales/Designer, was an exceptional experience as we went with Midcountry Homes!! I think we made 9 plan/drawing changes throughout the design process with Carrie to get the exact home that we wanted, as this is our forever home and she updated the design immediately and returned each design so we could make our best decisions without waiting. She and Phil also worked patiently with us to get the best financing possible through their affiliates. We couldn't be more happy with their office people, their delivery crew and their finish crew (too many names to remember). All in all we are Very Happy with the final results!

Our projected date to have our house on Our property was June 9, 2025. They brought our house to our property June 5 2025. As complications arrived, putting the house together and getting it ready to be hooked up we would call Phil and the problems would be solved almost immediately. Basically, any sort of problems that we had, were the people that were hired outside of the business, contracting work. The business of Philip Lee was great from the start. One month later on July 12 almost everything has been complete by Philip and Lee. We just had to get our personal stuff done which we did by the end of July. That is a month and a half. They did a great job and I highly recommend if anybody was to ever get a home to buy it from there. Here are some beautiful pictures to show.

Michigan property and we truly enjoyed the home and the project! We were 100% impressed with the quality of the house and all the help and support we needed to get this done! We still love every bit of it! I'm writing here again to say we've purchased a 2nd home from Phil, this time a Manufactured home as we are fully retired now and wanted to downsize into a fun and lively Senior community downstate. And again, all went SO VERY WELL and again WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOUSE! If you are looking into something like this we are happy to give this long established Company 10 stars!! Excellent communication throughout the entire homing buying process. Friendly, accommodating, and welcoming staff. Fast and professional delivery and installation. Kept us involved throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Phil and Lee's to any home buyer. Amazing experience all around!

This a beautiful home. I was actually surprised but extremely impressed with quality and appearance and special features of the prefabricated home. I did not mark timely in my review only because we were in the middle of the pandemic and dealt with all of the repercussions. The staff were wonderful to work with. It was frustrating for both parties but in the end I was extremely happy. Thank you Phil and Lee for a beautiful home !
