Pam L. went above and beyond helping me with all the questions I had while reading over and signing closing documents. She kept me on track and made the entire process go seamlessly! I really appreciate her effort, time and patience!

Unfortunately I was referred to this company through the attorney who was handling my real estate transaction. I was first assigned to someone who would work on my closing, however, this person was leaving on vacation for an extended time. I was reassigned two more times throughout this process. In the end I found out that the warranty deed was not recorded with the township or the county to reflect that I owned the property. For over three months since the “closing” I did not own the property for all intensive purposes. I raised the concern to Delta Abstract via email and never heard back. I emailed again days later in which Delta advised that they accidentally sent the warranty deed to the county without signatures or notaries so it was returned to them and filed away and forgotten. I

I would not go with this company again unless they were the only option. They were very unprofessional. Our agent there never returned our calls and we only ever got to talk to the receptionist who said they would have them call us back (which like I stated never happened.) they did not turn in the information to the lender in time which made our closing date have to be changed which caused all kinds of other problems. I do not recommend. If you want to get a professional company that actually will speak to you and do their job when they say they will, go with someone else.

I am selling my house FSBO, and they have been very helpful so far. Our closing will be at the end of June 2023. I don't anticipate anything to be out of place at the closing.
