My go-to place if I want to buy a house Judy Granger has always been excellent and steering me in the right direction to find a house. She helped me purchase a home 4 years ago and now again looking for another one. She is always there to answer questions and takes care of almost everything. Coldwell Banker is by far the most helpful and best place to go for purchasing a house or property!

After some online research, I contacted Wendy Holzenkamp for some help with family property near Trenary. She responded promptly, was extremely helpful and was able to get me the information I needed very quickly. I would definitely come to her again, and highly recommend her to anyone need a realtor in the Escanaba area.

Closed on my house pretty quickly, but would of liked to be notified of what was acculy wrong with the house but I was not. Was lied to about the roof of when it was done. The price for the realtor was kinda high other then that I'd recommend.

Had stopped by a day before in the afternoon but left empty handed after waiting about 10 minutes without the hint of being waited on. The one person that was taking orders was working both the drive thru and the front registers while the rest of the staff kind of lolled around or were outside for a smoke break while the line inside didn't move. The next day I went again but through the drive thru and got attitude and a lesson in how to be terse. The chicken tenders I recieved were too salty and over cooked. So much for longing for Popeyes anymore.

Tammy Stroud of Escanaba office is a deceitful crook. Beware she is dishonest and ALWAYS has sloppy paperwork that somehow misses important details. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to my enemies. It’s sad she is RUSH RUSH just to doop anyone out of hard earned$. Do not trust these people in upper Michigan. Period!
