This place is completely DISGUSTING. I have lived here for 2 years and during that it has been miserable. Once you put in a request for maintenance it doesn't get fixed. I have been waiting for my lights to be repaired in my kitchen for a year now. There is no pest control, they don't provide air filters. There is no waste for dogs which I am okay with because I can provide for my own dogs, but it is the principal. There is literally nothing out here you have to drive to the city for any decent items. Just disgusting. If you can find somewhere else, please do. They have changed management companies several times within a year. They have removed the dumpsters and are forcing people to pay to have their trash removed after they raise the rent. Really sad! They don't cut the grass on a regu

This place has been a nightmare since Ray sold it to who knows bc all communication is through a shitty property management company in Dallas. You cannot talk to anybody in the United States on the phone. You literally get people in the Philippines answering the calls and supposedly sending your message to the property managers. How you can run a business like this is beyond me. You cannot get maintenance to your apartment to fix anything. The place is over run with scorpions and pest control is on you, the resident. They keep raising the rent every year even though there are tons of empty apartments here. Absolutely the worst place to live. The place is infested with scorpions. At first they refused to pay for pest control but after explaining to them that scorpions pose a health risk, they agreed to pay for pest control; however the pest control didn’t work that well and the scorpions were never fully eradicated. We were constantly finding them everywhere. We put a work order in for a leaky sink and they just cancelled the work order, did not communicate as to why and did not fix the sink. The maintenance manager here is useless and will find reasons not to repair work orders. There is no office on site and it’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone. Please do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. I would not recommend renting with Home River Group at all, especially not at Pharm Hi

Home River group is a joke. Good luck trying to reach anyone about issues, 9 times out of 10 there is no response. That’s with phone calls, emails, voicemails, and through our tenant portal. Maintenance will not come out to repair anything, they’ve sent me YouTube “how-to’s”. There are 2 dumpsters for the entire complex and they are absolutely full and disgusting all of the time. This has been an issue the entire year I’ve lived here. I do not recommend renting especially for almost $1,400 a month. Not worth it.

My grandma and my uncle Bubba live here. It's a beautiful complex. All the people are nice and there's quite a variety of residents if you enjoy conversing with your neighbors.
