Awful company. Took months to receive my deposit back, despite multiple texts to their contact number. They said they "couldn't contact me" despite having my phone number, email, and texts. They said they didn't have a place to send it, despite having a place on the move out form to tell them, which I did. I had to drive 2 hours out of my way to go to their office to pick it up. I told them when I'd be there, but only one person was there when I showed up and had to wait while he tried to contact the manager to write the check. Rarely showed up for maintenance requests at the appointed time, then showed up and pounded on the door unannounced. Took months to rid the place of bugs. Please don’t waste your time with this company. I driven 4 hours to view a property for one they gave me the wrong box code also there was someone still living on the property so I could have been hurt or they could have gotten hurt since I was on their property . The property was supposed to have been empty and ready to sell. Now they can’t sell the property because there’s a squatter in there. So for you and your family safety please don’t use this company. They’re very very very unprofessional. Me and my family could had gotten badly hurt or shot viewing this property. We went to the office and couldn’t get any answers because they said the one person in charged was not there. They took our information and promised to call us with updates, but they never did. Was very punctual , on top of things and messaged me back typically within 30 minutes if I ever had a question or needing anything regarding our move in! We got accepted quickly, and everything was just so sufficient. We’ve had no issues so far, and I couldn’t thank them enough!
