Cottage Row Apartments

We recently had the pleasure of working with Sara Felts, the on-site manager at Cottage Row. She is very easy to communicate with, precise and professional on what needs to be done for each unit. She was punctual to our appointment and very detail oriented. Any time we had quick questions she was prompt in response via text or phone. We look forward to working with Sara and Cottage Row in the future!

Sara is a nice sweet person and wasn’t bothered by all of my phone calls and emails! Definitely going to love cotton row with her Communication and professional honesty!!

We’ve been here for about 6 months and are so happy all of the changes Sara Felts has made. She is great with communication and is always ready to help when there’s a problem. So happy she is in our office!

I love Mrs. Felts she is so nice always has a great attitude. Never rude or mean. And she gets stuff done when requested. She is the best Manager.

The most recent manager Sara Felts has been amazing! She takes every one of my requests and treats it as if it’s her own issue and resolves it very quickly and is very accommodating.
