Absolutely Unethical. Mr. Russell was the broker involved in getting my company into a long term commercial lease in a professional building. A month after opening, we found out that Mr. Russell had moved the same specialty business directly next door to us in the same building! He failed to disclose that had ties to the condo complex and that he was already involved in brokering a lease deal with a direct competitor. No difference between Mr. Russell and slimy used car sales person.

I have known Peter (in a professional capacity) for years and I absolutely refute the other reviewer who questioned his ethics. He has always done the right thing by me, even when it wasn't in his own interests to do so. As a rule I don't go out of my way to say good things about realtors - let's face it, that industry isn't always the gold standard for ethics, but Peter is a true professional, period.
