Persimmon Terrace Apartments

I am a current resident here. Going on my 3rd year here. Honestly, nothing but good things to say about management. They have been attentive and helpful for the few things we've needed and the team is very friendly. Very responsive to maintenance requests. Since I've lived here they have done a few property updates like putting pea gravel down in all planters, fixed side walks, yearly pressure washing the complex and touch up painting. I've never had a property management company take care of their facility the way they have here. The community is also quiet with a lot people that have been here for 5+ years. The price is fair as well.

100% This is an outstanding community. Everyone that lives here is nice. It’s a quiet place and pet friendly. Centrally located. Walking distance to shopping, shipping and dinning. The staff is friendly and the office, pool area and laundry room are all well kept.

I lived at Persimmon Terrace Apartments for 2 1/2 years. I was very pleased with the response I got from management whenever I needed anything! The maintenance was always on time and while I lived there, my apartment was upgraded with all new flooring, and countertops. I would recommend it to anyone.

AWFUL APARTMENT COMPLEX. No ameniteis, shady business practices, and they deleated my last 1 star review i left, so im leaving another. The management will do everything they can to get every dollar they can from the residents. And although everything may look nice, all matierlas used for apartment interios are very cheap and of poor quality. I highly recommend not living here. Rent on a house is cheaper.
