⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have been living at Pepperwood Knoll Ln for 2 years and had a good experience. The community is nice and well-located. The staff, especially Catherine, has been helpful and friendly. Overall, a good place to live.

The coolest apartments! Spacious and bright apartments. Managers and contractors are very friendly and always help right away! I really like living here. I advise everyone who likes spacious apartments with all the necessary conditions, you will not regret it. And I also wanted to note the cool point that how many apartments we were looking for, but Pepperwood Knoll is probably the only ones who have high ceilings! It was very important for us.☺️😍

Decent apartments, but management — especially Becca — ruins the experience The Pepperwood Knoll Apartments themselves are actually pretty decent for the price — the buildings are fine, and the rest of the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. However, the overall experience is soured by the senior manager, Becca. Unfortunately, Becca comes across as biased and difficult to deal with. While most neighbors are allowed to live peacefully, she singles some residents out with unnecessary and inconsistent rules. At the same time, she avoids taking responsibility when real problems arise. Within just three days of signing my lease at Paperwood Knoll Apartments, I had one of the worst experiences of my life. After speaking with the manager, I decided to cancel my reservation. Unfortunately, this decision led to an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional encounter. The manager was one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever dealt with. She seemed more focused on taking money than addressing concerns or showing any empathy. Despite the short time frame—just three days—she only refunded a portion of my deposit. I also requested the return of my rental application, which contained sensitive personal information including my Social Security number, bank details, bank statements, and copies of my driver’s license.
