Pepper Tree Apartments

I lived here for a year and wanted to share my honest review so you don’t have to dig around. Pros: Affordable rent ($1,000 for 2 beds) Good neighbors Close to grocery stores and gas stations Cons: Poor maintenance (sometimes drunk or unresponsive) Bad management (no office, hard to reach) Unsecured parking (break-ins in my car twice, homeless seen in parking , broken car window) Dirty laundry machines Bike got stolen in first month of moving in Rent must be paid by money order—extra trip and fee Took forever to get my deposit back Constant cigarette smoke outside Loud bar across the street on weekends Small bedrooms A/C is extremely loud Overall, I appreciated the landlord and neighbors, but there are definitely some issues to be aware of.

I left my ex there with the lease and even now that she is leaving as much as the landlord praised her that I left and she would help her and everything she has completely destroyed and is taking all the security deposit(away from my ex) and everything back because the company and people that own these apartments just like the rest of Tucson they're only in it for the money they don't give a shit about the people that pay them anymore

Just don’t live here, they gave us a 60 day notice out of the blue. They don’t repair anything and the maintenance guy drinks on the job. And the lady who mainly runs the place is too old to even know what year it is.

Wife went and met the landlord lady. Wife told lady about our toddler. Lady asked questions about our toddler. Wife set up appt for us all to meet and greet. We show up.. Land lord lady says I can't rent a 1 br apt to 3 people. Smh.

I live here and have enjoyed this place so far but they dont like to fix things at all the apt assistant mgr lyn is horbal at hiring qualified maintenance that want to work and actually show up for work she can b very rude and dont take responsibility for her lack of attentivenes to her job as far as hiring people and fixing thing in a timely mannor and she just difficult to deal with i wouldnt refure this complex to no one! my property has been stolen due to things not getting fixed. Timely i need to speak to the owners she wont give me the 411 she isnt in the rite position 4 sure....
